The Chandler Tone X push-pull pot is like a Wah pedal at your fingertips; a mid boost preamp that fits inside most guitars without modification. It boosts output by 16db and allows guitarists to sweep the midrange peak from a low growl to piercing highs, offering great control over melodic, singing feedback. Powered by a single 9V battery and made in USA, the Tone X is used extensively by Joe Perry of Aerosmith and is included as a standard feature in Gibson's extra-cool Joe Perry signature model Les Paul guitar.
