Chandler's Futurama offers guitarists the classic early 1960's Surfer look with exceptional quality and modern playability. Our hybrid guitar combines lines from several of Leo Fender's vintage beauties in a fresh, new shape. The two-tone celluloid pickguard accents the body's curves while presenting user controls in a logical, familiar format. Handmade from supreme grade alder wood, the body features deep elbow and waist cuts for hours of comfortable playing. Available with Wilkinson VS-100 trem for maximum vibrato or traditional synchronized tremolo for fuller tone.

The 22 fret neck offers a great vintage feel; round and not too thin with a contemporary playing surface fitted with jumbo frets, 15-inch radius for buzz-free low string action, graphite nut, and 2-way truss rod. The staggered tuners eliminate the need for a string retainer which enhances tremolo tuning stability.

The Super 60 pickups are the best sounding single coil pickups we've ever heard. You'll have to hear them to believe them--they have everything players want from single coil pickups. This guitar really sings.
